Time management

“Time is a created thing. To say ‘I don’t have time’ is like saying ‘I don’t want to do it.'” ~Cheryl Richardson

How many times have you heard the phrase, “We’ll have to get together sometime” — but nobody ever follows through on the suggestion? There are so many things we postpone because we claim we don’t have time for them. For instance, we might put off scheduling certain medical tests, finding a better job, cleaning a closet, or reading all those epic novels that everyone says we should read.

But if we’re honest with ourselves, we realize that it’s not really a matter of time management. We often postpone or avoid certain things out of fear, laziness, lack of confidence, or even disinterest. As life coach Cheryl Richardson suggests, we find the time for what we truly want to do. ~CL
