Showing up

“When someone shows up for you, they are communicating ‘I care’ and ‘I value our time together.’ Whether they celebrate your birthday or provide moral support when you are down or simply take in a movie with you, close friends are there for you during the highs and lows of life.” ~Judith Orloff, MD, Thriving as an Empath
